1. Data Deletion Overview

At Guru Vastra, we fully respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and social media platform policies (including Facebook Platform Developer Terms), we provide a clear, direct, and hassle-free mechanism to request the absolute deletion of your personal data stored within our servers.

2. What Information is Purged?

When you request data deletion, the following assets are completely purged from our active customer records:

• Account Profile details: Your registered name, phone number, email address, password hashes, and default shipping addresses.
• Social Identity Mappings: Your Facebook and Google OAuth unique identifier tokens will be completely unlinked and removed, rendering the social sign-on inactive.
• Verification Tokens: Active and expired Firebase OTP authentication records associated with your account.

Note: In compliance with statutory audit logs, state tax requirements, and payment security laws (GST and physical loom merchant guidelines), order details, invoices, and payment references will be securely archived and anonymized rather than deleted.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request your data deletion through any of the following easy steps:

• Method A: Self-Service OAuth Unlinking
  Log into your customer account panel, go to your Profile Settings, and click "Unlink" next to your active Google or Facebook account. This instantly revokes login access and purges all social tracking data.
• Method B: Secure Email Request
  Send an email from your registered address to care@guruvastra.in with the subject line "Request Account Deletion - [Your Name]". Our support team will confirm and execute the request within 48 business hours.
• Method C: Founder WhatsApp Contact Gateway
  Navigate to our storefront home page, access our secure founder WhatsApp link, and notify our team directly. We will verify your credentials and perform the purge instantly.

4. After Request Execution

Once your request is processed, you will receive a final email or WhatsApp confirmation. Your account will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer be able to log in or retrieve past reward points. If you choose to shop with Guru Vastra again in the future, you will need to create a fresh account.
