1. Return & Refund Policy

At Guru Vastra, we take great pride in our handloom heritage and the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 7-day easy reverse pickup return policy across all of India.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and traditional certificates intact.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Zoho Payments or Stripe) within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You will be requested to provide bank account details securely.

4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address via Delhivery B2C Logistics. If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your location, we will guide you on how to self-ship the item, and shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a standard limit.
